All sales at Flower Field Farm Co. are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, allergic reactions, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will review your case on an individual basis.
